Refund policy

We accept eligible returns for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

 

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within:

• 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases
• 14 days of confirmed delivery for online purchases

 

Return Requirements

 

Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 

Refunds

 

All approved returns are issued as store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Exchanges are also available for eligible items.

 

Sale Items

 

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate an online return, email Support@foreandwharf.com.

Once approved, please ship your return using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs associated with an exchange.
